Happy Easter!

We had a fun Easter at Holden Beach! We had several Easter egg hunts around the yard and on the beach. David loved to shake the eggs to see what was in them. We dyed Easter eggs and drew cars and trucks on them. The Easter bunny came to see David and brought him some trucks, Legos, books, toys, and lots of candy!

School Egg Hunt at the Capitol

David's preschool had its annual egg hunt on the Capitol grounds! It was fun finding eggs there. David got a lot of jelly beans and candy. Dada was one of the "egg hiders." Nana came to watch too. David had fun with his friends!

Egg hunt at JC Raulston Arboretum

JC Raulston had an egg hunt where you walk around the gardens and find big wooden eggs with letters on them. You then unscramble the letters to come up with the secret word, and you get a prize. We found all the eggs, and the word was "Redbud." David has fun running on the paths there.

Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt

We had fun at the neighborhood egg hunt. David's age group got a head start. David found a lot of eggs, then had cupcakes and candy with his friends. He got a car as a prize and had fun in a neighbor's sandbox.

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day from David! He's excited that he's going to be a "Big Bro!"

Monster Jam!

David had a great time at Monster Jam! We saw Grave Digger, Monster Mutt, Blue Thunder, Max D, Ramminator, and Rammunition. Max D turned over near the beginning and had to get turned over. David liked Blue Thunder the best he said. Henry and parents went with us, and it was a fun time.

Visiting the Monster Trucks!

We went and visited Grave Digger and Monster Mutt at Advance Auto Parts! They were in town for the Monster Jam the next day. Papa and David and I had fun seeing the trucks up close. David even got to meet Monster Mutt's driver, Whit Tarlton, and get his autograph!
