Summertime in February!

We took advantage of the unseasonably warm February temps near 80 degrees and spent a lot of time outside this weekend! We hung out in the backyard and also went to Shelley Lake.

Peas Please!

David really enjoyed his peas! He likes to take the spoon out of my hand and feed himself (and get peas all over his face and his tray!). I think at least some of the peas made it in his mouth!

Ready to take off

David's ready to take off! He really wants to crawl and get to things, and I think he will in the next few weeks. He loves exploring and looking around at toys. Here, Lily shows him how his activity board toy is done!

David is styling in his train vest and pants. He's looking around his playroom at all the sights. He loves looking at one of our cats, Lily, who always rolls over and wants to be petted!

Sweet Potatoes

We gave David some pureed baby food sweet potatoes this weekend for the first time - he liked it! It took him a little bit of getting used to, but he seemed to enjoy it and was reaching for more! He had had some rice cereal before and wasn't thrilled about it, but he seemed to like the flavors and textures of the sweet potatoes better!

Nice weekend!

We enjoyed the nice weather with David and played out in the yard and took a walk out at Shelley Lake. Cousins Christy and Leigh came by for a visit. David and I enjoyed seeing and playing with them!
