Let's Go Fly a Kite
We went to the Cary kite festival at Bond park. There wasn't a lot of wind, but it was a nice day, and we had a lot of fun trying to fly the kite! We had a little bird kits, but unfortunately it didn't fly very well. David said we needed a Mater kite.

David is 2 and a half!
David is 2 and a half years old! He is fully conversational and understands almost anything! He loves to ask questions and ask "why?!" He is very much into trucks and likes taking them apart and putting them together, like the Lego Mater and Lightning McQueen. He also likes art and painting and his music class, where he knows most of the words to the songs. He also has a good memory and seems to remember things from weeks/months ago. He is still very sweet and loves hanging out with his mama and dressing like mama (like a princess) or doing things like her. He is very interested in the baby and wants the baby to come out now! He kisses the baby and says she is playing with trucks. He wants to be very independent and do most things himself, and you have to "start at the beginning" and do again if he wants to do it all himself!

Baby Bump
You can see how the baby bump has really grown over the past several weeks! The most recent set of pics from Feb. 26 are below (about 24 weeks), as compared to the set from Feb. 7 below (about 21 weeks). David likes to be in my "posing" pictures if he sees me taking them! The baby is kicking a lot, mostly early in the morning and in the middle of the night! Still feeling pretty good but get tired easily.
