Week 23

Definitely looking rounder now! In the maternity suits. Maternity clothes are very comfortable with all the elastic - it will be hard to go back to regular!!

Nursery

Week 22

Week 22, and I have a bigger bump. Doctors appointments are still going well. Still no morning sickness, so I was lucky! I had a lot more energy during the second trimester, much more than first.

Week 21

Week 21, and we are planning nursery for a boy. We decided on a train theme with an electric train that runs around the top of the nursery near the ceiling. We cleaned up the train (it's 60 years old!), and Jake built a platform around the top of the room and painted that white. Jake put up white chair railing, and we painted the room a light blue/gray color.

Week 20

Week 20 is "half-baked!" This is the halfway point of the pregnancy, and I definitely have a little belly! We knew baby was a "he" by this point! I felt the first early kicks around this time (around Easter). I had felt fluttering and a rolling/flipping feeling before that felt like baby was turning, but it was hard to tell if this was baby. I had an anterior placenta so it was harder to feel baby early on.
