David's first professional haircut

David got his first "real" haircut at JJ's Kids Cuts in Raleigh. He liked sitting in the pink car and the firetruck. He looks cute!

David feeds the ducks

We went and fed the ducks on a nice day at Shelley! David likes walking to see the ducks and throwing them bread.

We went to Holden with Nonnie and Pop and Aunt Anna, and everybody had a great time. David liked riding on Dada's boat and doing a "radio check," and "fishing." David liked swimming in the ocean and swimming in the neighbor's pool. He liked making tunnels and castles in the sand and pouring out the buckets of water. David is talking so much and will have a conversation about anything, especially trucks!

Dancing in the Rain

David and his mama dancing in the rain. He loves splashing, stomping, and dancing in puddles in our yard and street.

Fun outings

Here is David on recent outings to the airport observation park/playground and Marbles kids museum!

Durant Park Nature Walk

We went on a nature walk at Durant Park in Raleigh. David loved walking on the trails and little bridges. He liked seeing the deer and ducks and talking about them. He liked finding sticks and drawing trucks in the sand, looking in tree holes, checking out tree stumps that beavers had chewed, and seeing the boat house and camp cabins.

Pool time with Maya

We met Maya and Maya's mom at Ridge Road pool. David and Maya had fun in the baby and big pools. Maya liked playing with trucks, so David loved that. David played with his trucks in the baby pool and also practiced his swimming and jumping in the big pool. It was a fun day! 

Craft time

David and I made a colorful fish. David liked using the glue stick and sticking on the tissue paper. His favorite part was playing with the googly eye! He kept sticking it and unsticking it on the fish. David loves art, crayons, glue, and paint!

Visit with Nannie and trip to Southport

We visited with Nannie and Cindy and cousin Katie and baby William. We had a fun visit, and Nannie gave David and William toy police trucks. We went to lunch in Southport and also out for ice cream. We also got to take a ride in Katie's golf cart, the Errol Flynn. David liked playing with William and visiting with Nannie!

Beach time

We went to N. Myrtle with K and Mike and parents. We had a great time! David liked climbing on and "mushing" the sand castles and running at the water's edge. He liked to make tunnels in the sand and play with his monster trucks and new red truck. Buddy liked playing in the water with the blue and red ball. David liked to yell "BANANA!" on the beach!
