Merry Christmas - Allens 2013

We had a fun Christmas Day celebrating with Nana, Papa, Buddy, Kimberly, Mike, and baby Elle! It was fun to see Elle and Allison together! David and Allison enjoyed their toys. David got a very nice flatbed truck, monster truck crawler, play-doh, and legos, and Allison got a farm set, mirror, and other fun toys! We had a good spaghetti lunch and had fun taking pictures. It was a fun day!

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas 2013! Allison's first Christmas and David's fourth! We had a fun morning waking up to see what Santa brought us! Santa brought David a ferrari slot car race set, a gears set, a plasma car, trucks, books, a train car, winter gear, a stocking full of matchbox cars and trucks, coloring books and much more! Allison got a makeup mirror, popper, and lots of baby toys! David was so cute talking about Santa. Allison loved the balloons and tearing up the wrapping paper!

6 months old!

Allison turned 6 months old on Christmas Eve! She weighs about 17 pounds 9.5 ounces (75th%) and is about 25.5 inches tall (45%). She has a 90% head! She is so sweet. She loves to be in a standing position and to hold your hands. She loves to play in her Exersaucer and in the walker. She loves grabbing David's cars and anything she can reach to put in her mouth. She loves to laugh and be outside in her stroller. She is making the "baa" sound and loves baths.

Merry Christmas - Morgans 2013

We had a great Christmas Eve celebrating at the Morgans house. We had several nice runs racing David around the lake. We had a great dinner of scallops, steak, salad, rice, and apple cobbler. David had a lot of fun opening his gifts! He got Magna Tiles that he builds garages with, a fishing pole and tackle box, clothes, books, and more! We had a fun night!

Visit with Nannie

We had a nice visit with my grandmother and David, Allison, and Elle's great-grandmother, Nannie! It was fun having her in town to visit and to meet Allison and Elle for the first time. She read stories and played with trucks. We ate beef tenderloin and opened gifts. The kids enjoyed the chance to see Nannie.

Pullen Park Holiday Express

It was a cold crowded day at Pullen Park, but we had fun. We had a ride on the train and saw the lights, we had a couple rides on the carousel, and a good visit with Santa. David had fun running around the park.

Sitting up!

Allison started sitting up on her own! She would sit for a few seconds at a time and then I just plopped her down one morning and she sat for a long time! Now she loves to sit and try to stand.

Beach trip!

We had a nice warm December weekend at N. Myrtle beach! David loved playing on the beach with Buddy and Nana and Papa. We also got to see Santa, go to the park, see a parade, and get in the hot tub!
